Bonjour, je suis Marina<\/h2>\n

Votre Coach certifi\u00e9 en Mindset, de nationalit\u00e9 suisse, n\u00e9 aux Etats-Unis et vivant en Suisse depuis plus de 30 ans.
<\/span>Je vis \u00e0 Ins, en Suisse - un petit village entour\u00e9 de champs et de for\u00eats, \u00e0 seulement 30 minutes de Berne. Je suis heureuse en m\u00e9nage et fi\u00e8re d'\u00eatre la m\u00e8re de deux adolescents. Par l'introspection et la formation continue : cours de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, certificats, hypnose, s\u00e9minaires en ligne, des tonnes de livres (Mindset par Dr. C. S. Dweck), coaching de l'\u00e9tat d'esprit... la liste est longue). Et finalement, j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que je devais prendre 100% responsabilit\u00e9s de ma vie et ne pas attendre, comme une princesse, que les autres et\/ou mon entourage me rendent heureuse. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Aujourd'hui, je suis plus connect\u00e9e et plus centr\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la clart\u00e9 que j'ai trouv\u00e9e. Le coaching de l'\u00e9tat d'esprit m'a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 trouver des mots pour exprimer mes frustrations et \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9fis typiques et les sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause. J'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un plan pratique, j'ai appris \u00e0 travailler sur mon \u00e9tat d'esprit conscient et inconscient et \u00e0 modifier les croyances, les valeurs ou les habitudes qui ne m'aidaient plus.<\/p>\n
